“Rules they put …”: ‘Banned’ Harry Brook breaks silence in the decision to withdraw from IPL 2025

Harry Brook, the newly appointed White Ball Captain of England, opened its two -year ban from the Indian Premier League (IPL). Brook was purchased by Delhi Capitals for the RS 6.2 Crore in the IPL 2025 Mega Auction, but the inclined to the UK is free and fresh to play for England before the start of the tournament came out of the profitable contract days. As a result, the player was banned from auction for the next two seasons.

However, Brook claimed that he was ready to reduce his participation in franchise tournaments to focus more on his international career.

Speaking in the mirror, Brook said: “This is my priority. Britain for me and the franchise cricket can take a step back for almost a while. At the end of the day I enjoy playing jack for England.

“That’s why I would take any day here to lose some money here, to play for England. I will not play any franchise jacks in the near future and give priority to England and whatever they do with them.”

However, Brook announced that BCCI did not officially convey his decisions to him.

“They didn’t tell me,” he shrugged. “But if I’m banned, it’s a fair game. This is the rules they put in this place, but I’m determined to play cricket for England.”

Brook was declared as the successor of the former captain Jos Buttler, the 26 -year -old child was given the task of reviving the British’s deceptions in the last global events, both one -day international and twenty -2020 crickets.

However, Brook is also the basis for the UK’s red ball cricket.

Britain may have to be included in 12 ODI and 15 T20 to prepare for the T20 World Cup next year, which was scheduled to begin in early January and in February of Brook.
