In the International Cricket Council, we are determined to encourage inclusion and ensure that every cricket has the opportunity to shine independently of the conditions, in the ICC President Jay Shah said. “In cooperation with our valuable partners, we are proud to start this task strength and support fund, which is completed with a comprehensive High Performance Program to ensure that the displaced Afghan female crickets can continue their journeys in sports. The Board also approved the financial statements of the ICC Group for the end of the 2024 year and announced the key committee appointments.
Following the suggestions of the Chief Administrative Committee, the Board confirmed the following appointments:
ICC Women’s Cricket Committee: Catherine Campbell (re -appointed), Avril Fayy and Pholetsi Moseki.
ICC Men’s Cricket Committee:Sourav Ganguly President and Hamid Hassan, Desmond Haynes, Temba Bavuma, Vvs Laxman (Re -Assignment) and Jonathan Trott were appointed to the committee.
