In the tri-nation series final against Sri Lanka, she unfurled yet another masterpiece—her 11th ODI hundred and first in a tournament final—guiding India to a dominant position with a sublime 116 off 101 balls. Her hundred came in a superb style, with four successive boundaries off Chamari Athapaththu. From a flick to deep midwicket to three consecutive sweeps fine of the leg side, Mandhana showed class in her timing, placement, and composure.
