DHS and ICE investigations found Ozturk engaged in activities to support Hamas, a foreign terrorist organization that loves the killing of Americans.
Visa is a privilege, not rights. The glorification and support of the terrorists who killed the Americans are the reasons for the termination of visa issuance. This is common sense security. ‘
Ozturk was one of the four students who wrote an OP-ED piece together in TUFTS last March.
The piece criticized the reaction of the university to the decisions of the TUFTS to accept the Palestinian Genocide, ‘the response to the transition decisions of the Community Union,’ and disposed of companies with direct or indirect ties with Israel.
He said: ‘These decisions were the product of meaningful discussions by the Senate and represented a sincere effort to keep Israel responsible for the explicit violations of international law.’
The university’s response to the decisions ‘student body, the collective voice of the Senate is completely inadequate and despised’ he added.
