A spider species avoids cannibling his brothers while he was alive, but he does not seem to have troubles in eating his brothers as soon as they die. This shows that some spiders to tolerate each other by learning to recognize a chemical or mechanical “signal of life olan that can be an important part to understand the evolution of rare social spiders.
