“The last 24 hours, the situation in the Loc saw that the situation has worsened. The decision to postpone, Prime Minister Miian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif was taken in accordance with the advice of Sharif.” He said.
The Indian Premier League (IPL) was suspended for a week due to increasing tensions between India and Pakistan. The Cricket Control Board in India (BCCI) said the new tournament program will be announced in time after consultations with government and stakeholders.
“In India, the Cricket Control Board (BCCI) decided to immediately put the rest of the ongoing IPL 2025 into force for a week. BCCI Secretary Saikia, after a comprehensive assessment with the relevant authorities and stakeholders, will be announced on time.”
Pakistan has increased tensions between Pakistan and India, after causing a series of action against India, which is effectively responded by India Armed Forces.
On Saturday, Foreign Minister Vikram Misri in New Delhi stressed that Pakistan actions against India were seen as “climbing” and “provocative” in nature.
