Metropolitan police confirmed that Laurence Fox was accused of sexual crime.
The accusation brought to the 66A section of the 2003 Sexual Crimes Law is related to an image published on social media in April last year.
The law makes it illegal to intentionally share the sexual images of someone without consent for alarm, distress or humiliation or sexual satisfaction.
Narinder Kaur, who waives the right to anonymity, claims that the image shows him when he left a taxi in 1996 and was taken without knowledge and consent.
52 -year -old Kaur reported the image when he was shared online and triggered an 11 -month investigation by the metropolis police.
He said that he had previously felt “violated, humiliated and broken” by the incident.
Fox46, trying to enter the political world soon, is expected to enter a defense at the Westminster Magistrate Court on April 24th.
If it is convicted, it is sentenced to imprisonment of up to two years and can be placed in the records of sex criminals.

“The fee is about an image published on the social media platform in April 2024.”
