NHL ROUNUP: Alex Ovechkin’s first playoff herb goal lifting caps

Alex Ovechkin scored two goals, including more overtime to win 3-2 against Montreal Canadiens, who visited Washington Capitals in the 1st game of the Eastern Conference quarter-final series on Monday.
